Cancellation and Returns

What is the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on AHIKA.in, replaced? 

All products sold at AHIKA.in are covered under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost, if available. In order to get a defective/unused item replaced:
Contact us via email at goahika@gmail.com, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges are payable by customer. AHIKA.in reserves the right to decide whether the piece has been used,damaged or washed.

How can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund, please write us at goahika@gmail.com and we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse.Product should be unused,unwashed and undamaged. It should be in saleable condition and must have the price tag or the bill attached. AHIKA.in reserves the right to decide whether the piece has been used,damaged or washed.  

How do I cancel an order on AHIKA.in? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on AHIKA.in?

For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting any transaction charges applicable. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, email us at
goahika@gmail.com and inform about the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee above. We hope you understand that we can process refunds only after the product is received in our warehouse in good condition and in the original shipping box.

Following products will not be accepted:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
  • Any product that has been used,washed or damaged.
AHIKA.in reserves the right to decide whether the piece has been used,damaged or washed.

Can I cancel / return a part of the order?

Yes, you can cancel / return a part of your order. Write to us at goahika@gmail.com with your order number. Product should be unused,unwashed and undamaged.
